Ingredients
- 1- 3 1/2 pound broiler-fryer
- 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, halved
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken, covered, on High 22 to 24 minutes. Cool; cut into bite size pieces.
2 Cook potatoes, 1/4 cup water, covered on High 8-9 minutes; stir once. Drain.
Arrange chicken, potatoes, pepper, onion, olives on plates, or toss together. Stir mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients; add to salad. Garnish with lettuce, sprouts. Makes 6 main dish servings.
