Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 jars baby carrots
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp b. soda

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, add sugar gradually. Add oil and beat. Beat in carrots. Mix flour, soda, salt & cinnamon. Add gradually to carrots, blend well.
Bake in greased pan @ 350 for 30-40 minutes.
