- 4 c. (1 lb) refrigerated hash browns
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat ovver 350. grease 4 ramekins or quart baking dish
Combine hashbrowns, cream, 1 1/4 c. cheese and onion. Season to taste. Mix well
Spoon into ramekins or dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 35-45 mins
