Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Dash salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
- Powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, beat butter and 1/4 cup sugar until well blended. Beat in 1 cup flour and salt until mixture is crumbly. Press mixture onto bottom of an 8 inch square baking dish. Place dish on turntable or, if using the Advantium 120, on the black metal tray. Cook using the appropriate settings below for the bottom layer. Cool slightly.
Combine remaining sugar, eggs, 3 tablespoons flour, baking powder, lemon juice and lemon zest; spread over crust. Return dish to oven. Cook using the appropriate settings below for the top layer or until set. Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
