Cheesy Potatoes from Christmas Eve

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth
  • 16 oz. Cheddar Cheese
  • 12-16 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 Bag Frozen cubed hash brown's
  • 1 Cup Corn Flakes

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Place the Potatoes in a 9X13 casserole
Melt 1 stick of butter
Combine melted butter, chicken broth, sour cream, 3/4 bags of shredded cheddar
Pour mixture over potatoes and gently fold into potatoes

Melt 2nd stick of margarine, add 1 cup of corn flakes

Pour mixture over potatoes

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until cheese is melted.
