Ingredients
- 2-3 bunches of broccoli, washed and cut into florets with a 2-inch stem, reserving the stalks for another use
- 1 garlic head, separated and peeled
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 apple cider
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon MSG (important)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine all the ingredients except broccoli. Pour marinade over broccoli. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
