Baked Honey Mustard Garlic Wings

Ingredients
- 12 (lg) -16 (sm) garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 bag (approx 20 pieces) chicken wings

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except chicken wings in a nonreactive bowl. Add in chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 1 hour (up to 1 day). Preheat oven to 400. Line 1 inch lipped baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place chicken in a single layer on foil, reserving leftover marinade. Bake for 50 mins. At 25 mins, remove chicken from oven, add remaining marinade, and turn/toss to coat wings with sauce mixture. At 35 mins, remove chicken from oven and turn/toss to coat wings with sauce mixture. Repeat at 45 and 50 mins, until wings are cooked through and sauce is carmelized.
