- 3/4 CUP FLOUR
- 1/3 CUP SUGAR
- 1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG
- 3 TABLESPOONS CRISCO SHORTENING
- 1 EGG
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1 16 OZ. CAN PEACH SLICES DRAINED AND RESERVING JUICE
- 1 8 OZ. AND 1 3 OZ. PACK CREAM CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP PLUS 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 3 TEASPOONS RESERVED PEACH JUICE

Preparation
Step 1
MIX FLOUR, 1/3 CUP SUGAR, NUTMEG, SHORTENING,EGG, MILK. MIX WELL AND POUR INTO A GREASED 10 INCH DEEP DISH PIE PAN.
MIX SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE, 1/2 CUP & 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR, VANILLA, AND 3 TEASPOONS OF RESERVED PEACH JUICE. MIX ALL TOGETHER WITH A MIXER.
TAKE DRAINED PEACHES AND ARRANGE ON TOP OF DOUGH IN PIE PAN MAKING SURE TO KEEP SLICES 1/2 TO 1 INCH AWAY FROM SIDE OF PIE PAN.
SPOON AND SOFTLY SPREAD CHEESE MIXTURE OVER PEACHES KEEPING AWAY FROM EDGE OF PAN.
MIX SOME CINNAMON AND SUGAR AND SPRINKLE OVER TOP ACCORDING TO YOUR OWN TASTE.
PLACE PIE INTO HEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 45 TO 60 MINUTES.
