Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bacon
- 1 Stick Margarine
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
- 5 Tbs. Flour
- 2 Cups Sour Cream
- Kernels cut from 6 ears Corn
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs. Fresh Parsley, chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to paper towel to drain, then crumble and set aside. Melt the margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute the onion and celery until soft. Stir in the flour, then the sour cream, until well blended. Add the corn and most of the crumbled bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into the prepared dish and sprinkle with the remaining bacon pieces and parsley. Bake until lightly browned, about 35-45 minutes.
