- 1 16 OZ CAN OF BLACK BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED
- 1 16 OX CAN OF CORN, DRAINED (I USE FROZEN)
- 1/2 C CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO
- 1/4 C CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED RED ONION
- 1/3 CUP LIME JUICE
- 3 TBLS OLIVE OIL
- 1 TBLS CUMIN
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED TOMATO
- SALT AND PEEPER TO TASTE

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINS TO SEVERAL HOURS TO ALLOW FLAVORS TO BLEND.
