Ingredients
- 6 lg potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup(4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup(4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh or dried chives
- 1 to 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes & onions in very large casserole dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine parmesan cheese & 3/4 cup each cheddar & mozzarella; sprinkle over potatoes & onions. Top with bacon, butter, chives, seasoned salt & pepper. Cover with tin foil. 350 degrees for an hour or until done. May take up to 2 hours. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
