Ingredients

  • 6 lg potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup(4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup(4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh or dried chives
  • 1 to 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes & onions in very large casserole dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine parmesan cheese & 3/4 cup each cheddar & mozzarella; sprinkle over potatoes & onions. Top with bacon, butter, chives, seasoned salt & pepper. Cover with tin foil. 350 degrees for an hour or until done. May take up to 2 hours. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
