  • 1 1/4 lb. raw lean ground turkey
  • One 1-oz. packet dry onion soup/dip mix



Step 1

In a large bowl, combine turkey with onion soup/dip mix. Mix thoroughly with your hands. (Don't be squeamish -- it's the easiest way!) Evenly and firmly form the mixture into 5 patties.

Bring a grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Place the burgers in the pan, working in batches as needed. Cover and cook for about 6 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
