Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons turkey fat or vegetable oil
- 2 cups finely sliced onions
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 3 cups diced cooked turkey meat
- 1/2 cup turkey broth, see recipe above
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, heat turkey fat or oil. Add onions and saute over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add potatoes, turkey meat, and broth; cover and simmer for turkey meat, and broth; cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve alone, on toast or with crackers.
