Ingredients
- Cilantro sauce:
- Small flour and corn tortilla shells
- Mahi Mahi filets
- Blackening spices
- Nappa cabbage
- 1 tsp dry chives
- 1/4 c Cilantro
- 2 T mayo
- 3 T sour cream
- 1-2 limes
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Salt
- Half & half to thin
- Pico de gallo:
- Tomato
- Red onion
- Cilantro
- Jalapeño
- Garlic
