Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked or use the oven ready lasagna.
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut small
  • 1/2 bag frozen corn
  • 4-5 cups mozzarella cheese
  • large ricotta cheese
  • Hot sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • Sauce: In sauce pan, melt 1/2 cup butter or margarine, add 1/2 cup flour and pinch of salt and pepper. Add 3 cups milk. Whisk well and stir on medium heat until creamy.

Step 1

Melt 1/4 cup butter in skillet. Add chicken and hot sauce to taste. Cook til done.
In bowl put ranch dressing and mix with hot sauce to taste. (usually a light orange color or to your taste)
Layer as follows in a buttered 9x13 inch pan:
lasagna noodles, chicken, corn, ricotta cheese (dolloped) mozzarella cheese, ranch sauce, white sauce.
Repeat ending with ranch sauce and mozzeralla on top.
Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
