Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 T. Canola Oil (or butter)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 T. melted butter
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheet, or line with wax paper.
2. In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Beat egg & milk together and stir into dry ingredients. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 10 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley and garlic salt. Bake for 5 minutes more, or until lightly browned on bottom.
