Spinach Dip

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed & drained
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts - drained & chopped
  • 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (Knorr)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions



Step 1

Mix well and cover and refrigerate at least 8 hrs.
Serve in hollowed out bread bowl. (Pumpernickle is best)
