Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. rhubard (cut fine)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- Topping
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 2 T. butter
Details
Servings 8
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together well, put into unbaked pie shell.
Mix topping together and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture in shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
