Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• Pastry for 9" pie shell
• 3 eggs
• 1 can of pumpkin
• 1/2 cup brown surgar
• 1 cup half and half
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 1/2 t. mace
• 1 t. groung cloves
• 1 t. ground ginger
• 1 t. allspice
• 1/2 t. nutmag

Preparation

Step 1

Roll pastry out and place in 9" pieplate. Combine all the ingredients and blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake @ 375 for 30 min.
