Ingredients
- 2 cans carrots (drained)
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 sticks butter
- 6 T. flour
- 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Blend in blender till carrots are smooth. Bake at 350 degrees 45 min. to 1 hour.
This usually takes 1 hour. Dish will become brown around edges and begin to pull away from sides and rise. Press with finger tip in center to see if firm.
