Ingredients

    skinless boneless chicken breasts

  • 1/2

    cup fresh lemon juice

  • 6

    Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1

    tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/2

    cup (1 stick) butter

  • 1 1/2

    Tbsp Finley chopped fresh rosemary

  • 2

    large garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Whisk 1/4 cup lemon juice, 4 Tbsps mustard, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour over chicken and marinate in a zip lock bag or bowl. Cover, chill at least 2 hours. Melt butter in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add rosemary, garlic, and remaining 1/4 cup lemon juice and 2 Tbsp mustard. Simmer basting sauce for 5 minutes. Can be made 4 hours ahead of time. Let stand at room temperature. Remove chicken from marinating bowl. put on medium heat grill, brushing chicken with basting sauce.
