Ingredients
- Pie Crust, (9" Graham, Shortbread, or regular pie crust)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 can Lemon Pie Filling
- 4 drops yellow food color
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly beat cream cheese, sugar, and almond extract. Add 1/2 can of Lemon Pie Filling and food coloring. Blend in Cool Whip.
Spoon into pie crust. Spread remaining pie filling on top. Refrigerate.
Note: May substitute powdered sugar for granulated sugar.
