Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 2 (13 1/2 oz.) Cans, drained, reserve liquid
  • 2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1/2 to 3/4 Cups Chopped Nuts
  • 1/4 lb. Longhorn Cheese, grated
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbs. Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • Dash of Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix salad ingredients. Use pineapple juice plus water to make 2 cups. Add eggs, flour, sugar and salt. Cook until thick. Cool and add to salad mixture. Chill. May use Velveeta cheese or 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
