Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 (13 1/2 oz.) Cans, drained, reserve liquid
- 2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 to 3/4 Cups Chopped Nuts
- 1/4 lb. Longhorn Cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- Dash of Salt

Step 1
Mix salad ingredients. Use pineapple juice plus water to make 2 cups. Add eggs, flour, sugar and salt. Cook until thick. Cool and add to salad mixture. Chill. May use Velveeta cheese or 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
