Baked Potato Soup in a Slow Cooker

Preparation

Step 1

Use a 12x8 foil pan and place 4 c frozen potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers. Drizzle with 1/2 c ranch dressing and mix gently. Then sprinkle with 1 c shredded cheddar american cheese and 2 tbps grated parmesan cheese. Cover wih foil. Then put on grill over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, rotate pan 1/2 turn after 10 minutes. WE TRIED THIS ON 07/10, TWO WAYS, ONE WITH O'BRIEN AND THEY DID NOT LIKE THEM MUCH BUT THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. TRIED NEXT TIME WITH PLAIN POTATES AND EVERYONE LIKED THEM.
