Peach Macaroon

• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 tsp softened butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• dash of salt
• 1/2 c flour
• 2 c peaches

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 9x11 pan.

Cream first 5 ingredients together. Add flour.
Place peaches on the bottom of the pan. Pour mixture over peaches.
Bake for 45mins.
