Make-Ahead Party Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 box (15.3 oz) Hungry Jack mashed potatoes
• 6 C water
• 1 1/2 sticks butter
• 2 t each garlic salt & onion salt
• 2 C milk
• 2 (8 oz) softened cream cheese
• 16 oz sour cream
• paprika
• chives

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking dish w/Pam.

Heat water, butter, garlic & onion salts to boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, milk and sour cream, stirring until smooth.

Stir in potatoes mixing until all ingredients are combined. Spread into baking dish. Sprinkle w/paprika and bake 1 hour or until golden brown.
