- slightly less than 1 T if using table or sea salt OR 1 T kosher salt
- 1 T paprika
- 1 T dark brown sugar
- 1/2 T freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
