- 1 med. Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 tab. Grated onion, diced - red
- Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tab. Rice gourmet vinegar
- 1 tab. Minced garlic
- 1 tab. Dried dill
- cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- Ground Garlic
