Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp onion
- 1 Lemon
- 1 c Chardonay
- 1/2 c Heavy Cream
- 1/2 c Unsalted Butter
- Fresh Parsley
Details
Preparation
Step 1
On Medium heat add onions, lemon and Chardonnay. Simmer to 1/2
Add cream and simmer to 1/2
Remove from heat and whisk in Butter
Add parsley
Sprinkle ravioli with Parmesan Cheese
