TANGERINE TUNA

Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/4 C soy sauce 2 Tbs. sesame oil
- 1/4 C fresh tangerine juice 3 cloves garlic, minced
- zest of 2 tangerines 1 Tbs. minced ginger
- 3 Tbs. honey 3 strips lemon peel
- 2 scallions - white part minced; green part chopped and reserved for garnish.
- toasted white and black sesame seeds to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Place tuna steaks in a plastic bag, add marinade and place in refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes, turning bag once or twice.
Remove tuna from marinade and blot dry. Pour reserved marinade into small saucepan and boil down. Grill tuna steaks for two minutes on each side or to taste. Place steaks on serving platter, garnish with scallion greens, sesame seeds, and offer marinade in seperate bowl
