  • 2 cups flour 1-teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sugar 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 eggs 2 teaspoons soda
  • 3 cups grated carrots (fine) 1 1/2 cups Wesson oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Step 1

Sift together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, carrots last. Beat until blended. Bake in 3 layers at 325. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Should be moist.
