Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fettuccini
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c. parmesan
  • 1/4 c. Asiago
  • 1 large egg yolks
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • Milled black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook fettuccini according to package directions, drain and return to pan. Melt butter. Add to noodles and toss well. Add cheeses and toss. Add egg yolks with fork and stir until well blended. Add cream and heat thoroughly. Pepper to taste.
