Pineapple Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (do not use the type with pudding)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 6 oz. box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tub cool whip
- flaked or shredded coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake according to directions and bake in a 9x13" cake pan. After removing from oven, poke holes all over the cake. Mix the pineapple and sugar and pour over the cake. Make the pudding according to directions and pour over the cake. Refrigerate. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle with coconut.
