Ingredients
- 2 lbs. very lean top beef round (no fat left on)
- 1/2 cup A1 sauce seasoned with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Cut steaks in long 1/2" thick strips
Dip strips in sauce and lay on rack in oven over shallow pans to catch drippings
Turn oven to 150, cook for 6 hours
Turn, cook 6 more hours
Turn off oven and let stand overnight
Store in airtight container
