- 2 c shredded cooked chicken breast, 1 T taco seasoning, cooking spray, 2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth, 1 16 oz cans cannellini or other white beans, 1/2 c green salsa, light sour cream and cilantro to garnish.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chicken and taco seasoning, and toss to coat well. Heat a large saucepan over medium high heat. coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken mixture to pan, sauté 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add broth. Place beans in small bowl, and mash until they are in smaller chunks. Add beans and salsa to pan, stirring well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thick. 6 servings (1 c) 134 calories.
