Ingredients

• 3 cups fresh strawberries , washed and sliced
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 1/3 baking mix (Bisquick)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix strawberries with sugar, set aside. Stir in baking mix, milk, sugar, and butter until soft dough forms. Form into small balls and place on bottom liner pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake on power level high for 9 minutes. Cut warm cake in half, fill with strawberries and top with your favorite whipped topping.
