TRIPLE ORANGE DELIGHT CAKE

Ingredients
- Cake:
- orange cake mix
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 small box orange jello
- Icing:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 small box orange jello
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
- coconut, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds or until moistened. Continue beating on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9" cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Pierce cake with fork. Add 1 cup of boiling water to jello and stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water. Pour jello over cake. Refrigerate for two to three hours.
Beat softened cream cheese. Add jello. Beat in pudding mix, milk, and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Refrigerate.
Note: Substitute your favorite flavors of jello and pudding mixes.
