Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. fresh asparagus
- 1/2 cup Homemade Chicken Broth
- 1 T Dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Break the woody ends off the aspargus, place the asparagus spears in a skillet
Pour on the broth, cover and steam over medium heat until crisp tender about 4 minutes. Remove the asparagus to a warm serving plate, keep warm.
Add the mustard to the skillet, increase theheat to high and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, pour the sauce over the asparagus
