Ingredients

• 1 Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
• 1 cup apricot Nectar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

blend all ingredients in a large bowl
then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
spread batter in a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan
bake ar 350* for 45 to 50 minutes, until center springs back
when touched lightly
cool right side up for 15 minutes and then remove from pan
mix 1 cup of powered sugar and juice of 1 lemon
pour over cake while still warm, to make a glaze
