Ingredients
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 - 4 cups cubed chicken
- 2 - 2 (5 1/2 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 - 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients until smooth. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
2. Add the chicken, pineapple, water chestnuts, and ginger.
3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice or whatever side dish you would like!
