Ingredients

  • 4 C. Fresh Strawberries, divided
  • 1 Can ( 300 ml ) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 C. Lemon Juice
  • 21/4 C. Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 12 Oreo Cookies
  • 1 Tbsp. Non-Hydrogenated Margarine, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Shape aluminum foil onto outside of 8x4 in. loaf pan. Line inside of pan with shaped foil, with ends extending over sides of pan. Mash 2 C. of the strawberries in lg. bowl. Stir in condensed milk & juice. Stir 1 C. of the whipped topping into strawberry mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Finely chop cookies. Combine cookies & margarine. Spoon over whipped topping mixture in pan. Cover cookie mixture with ends of foil & gently press mixture into whipped topping. Freeze 6 hrs. or till firm. Invert onto serving plate, remove pan & foil & Spread remaining topping ontop and sides. Slice remaining 2 C. strawberries & arrange on dessert; garnish with fresh mint leaves. Cut into slices & serve.
