Ingredients

  • 3 cups cauliflower or 10 ounce package frozed cauliflower
  • 3/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk or cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor combine the cooked vegetable and 3/4 cup broth. Cover and blend till smooth. In saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, seasoning, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook until bubbly. Stir in vegetable mixture and rest of brouth. Cook until heated thru.
