Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes

  • 2

    cans diced tomatoes with garlic and onions - undrained

  • 1

    - 16 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1

    - 16 oz can northern beans, rinsed and drained

  • ¼

    tsp salt

  • ½

    tsp pepper

Directions

In slow cooker combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 9 hours or till beef is tender. Cool. Transfer to 2 freezer bags - 4 C each. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
