• 2 ⁄3; cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
