Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 can(10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package(8 ounces) wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup diced green and/or red bell pepper
  • 1 cup grated Monterrey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (4 ounces)sliced mushroom,drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in crock-pot slow cooker. Stir to coat evenly. Cover; cook on low 6 to 10 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
