  • 5 C diced Rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 5 T flour

  • Topping
  • 1 1/2 C corn flakes
  • 6 T flour
  • 3 T low fat stick margarine
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

- Combine rhubarb, sugar and flour
- Bake at 375° for 20 min
- Combine topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on top; bake and additional 20 min or until topping slightly brown.
