Ingredients
- 1 (1 LB) bag frozen cut Green Beans, thawed
- 1 small Onion, peeled and cut into thin wedges
- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast halves
- 4 medium Potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters ( not on MWLW )
- 2 cloves of Garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, reduced fat, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp freshly grated lemon peel

Preparation
Step 1
Place green beans and onion in the slow cooker. Arrange the chicken and
potatoes over the vegetables. Sprinkle with the garlic and pepper. Pour broth over all. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
Arrange the chicken, potatoes and vegetables onto a serving platter, cover to
keep warm.
To make sauce: Add the cream cheese and grated lemon peel to the broth in the slow cooker. Stir until cheese melts into the sauce. Pour the sauce over the
chicken. potatoes and vegetables.
