Tomato Mushroom Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 lbs cremini/portabella mushrooms
- 1/2 c white or red wine
- 1 28oz can whole tomatoes, pureed in blender
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 c cooked white beans

Preparation
Step 1
1) saute onion, celery, and carrots about 10 min.
2) increase heat to medium-high and add mushrooms for 5 min.
3) stir in wine
4) add tomatoes, rosemary, beans and 1/2 c water. simmer 15 min on low
