Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 heaping tbsp sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 stalks green onion, minced
- 2 tbsp ginger root, minced (or more or less depending on your taste)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all of this into a tupperware container or a ziploc bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes or as long as 24 hours.
2. Grill to appropriate internal temperature (the recipe says to cook to 160F and then off the grill, tent the chops with foil and rest fo 5 minutes, but we just cooked them to 165ish).
3. Serve along with some vegetables or rice.
