Easy Crockpot Potato Soup

  • 30oz bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 3 14 oz cans chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 package regular cream cheese

Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 490mins


Step 1

Combine everything except for cream cheese in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Approximately 1 hour before serving, add cream cheese and keep heated until thoroughly melted.

Serve with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions, etc.
